Lovely day at the beach!

We went to the beach for a nice day in the sun and this Is what we got. It was a nice breeze though. You should have seen the people run for the shore, you would have thought they saw a shark or something!

Oh jeanie, the new toy? It is Sarah beth's toy. She has had it for a while bit my lady has wifi so I can use it at her house to got on the Internet, high speed. It's a handy little thing. Now I want one of my own.

Hey Jeanie, it's my new job. Lois and I are staying with a lady in Leavenworth, mainly driving her around. She is 83 and her kids recently took her keys away so she needs someone to take her places. Today we went to put flowers on her sisters grave in Indianoplis. We drove for 3 1/2 hours to get here so I think we will be out late tonight. We use her car, her gas and she mostly eats out so I have eaten out more in the last 3 weeks then we did all this year!

Went out to Carefree for breakfast. I had 2 eggs, homefries, toast and jelly and coffee. Then we drove down around old Leavenworth to see all the folks down from the city, boating on the river. Back home for the afternoon then out this evening to her alumni banquet in Merengo.

Beautiful evening for music in the park in Corydon. Lovely breeze, pretty music, good food and nice company. I love my job!

We went to Van's in Merango around 4pm. I had a BLT platter with slaw and fries. That slaw was yummy! I want that recipe. We drove around the grave yard to check on her parents and gave a donation to the cemetery fund. We drove around old Merengo checking things out then back home. About 6:30 tonight we are off to Corydon to hear the band concert on the square.

Hey this little iPod is great, I can post to my blog ,surf the web, read my email and generally kill a lot of time, or is that' waste' a lot of time? Whatever, it's a lot of fun.
