I just love Small Town, America where a short walk on the mornings takes you by the General Store and cafe for a cup of coffee and breakfast, the post office to pick up your mail, the bank to check on your millions and the library to read a good book. And everybody you meet along the way has a cherry 'Good morning'. Believe me, it does still exist. I was there this morning. Love it!

I just witnessed a random act of kindness. This couple from Oklahoma at a table next to ours picked up an old man's bill and paid it for and they didn't know each other. I just love that I wish that I could do that.

There's a groundhog and a squirrel out here in the yard eating acorns less than 10 feet apart!

Usually the catalpa trees are so full and so shady with their huge leaves but this year the worms have kept them picked clean all summer long. Bummer.... I love that shade!

Lovely day at the beach!

We went to the beach for a nice day in the sun and this Is what we got. It was a nice breeze though. You should have seen the people run for the shore, you would have thought they saw a shark or something!
