Hats off, bowed heads and a moment of silence please, for a fallen giant. We will miss you more then you know. You have stood the test of time, performed beautifully and have been well loved but there comes a time when it is better to let you go and be at peace.

(safer for the house anyway)

He's a feisty little bugger! He is eating good now, finally. He's eating baby food, chicken and turkey. No more milk. No more congestion but I don't think the other end is working right just yet. Maybe we can just get the food adjusted properly and that end will come in line, I hope. Still weighs just a pound or a little less. No teeth, which is good because his favorite past time is chewing on you fingers. Will have to stop that habit pretty soon by the feel of things. Thanks everybody for your prayers or good energy or what ever it was.

Just Chillin' in her hammock.

Funny you should ask about ebay today, Jeanie. It was just today that I finally got something back on ebay. Terry has been bugging me to try again so that is what I did today. We have a bid already. Yea. I see that the fees have gone up but what's a fella to do? you want to sell I guess you pay the fees.

Mom keeps her laptop at Bea's so actually I use it more then she does. The only problem she has with it is that she is still too scared of it. If I turn it on and get it to the right page for her she will read her email or write a blog. I need to write down the steps for her, then maybe she could do it by herself.
Yes Jeanie, I do need to update. I been aiming to for a while now, just couldn't seem to get to it. Well, I found a minute so here goes. Tiny Tim is doing great, he is off the bottle and lapping milk now. That is so much easier for me. We had him to the vet on Tuesday. He weighed a half a pound. I was worried because when he drank his bottle the milk always came out him nose really bad and he sounded really conjested. Doc said that as long as he was so lively, just keep doing what I am doing. Since he is lapping milk now that problem is not so bad. Doc said he might grow out of it. Took him back to the vet on Friday for his parvo shots. I wanted to get that done as soon as possible since we had a case of parvo here last fall. He had doubled his weight and weighed 1 pound. This was a different vet, usual vet went for surgery or something. This vet was totally blown away by how little this guy is and how well he is doing. He said he is about the size of a 3 day old puppy. I think he is a little bit bigger then that, maybe a two week old pup. Here he is just chillin' in his bed.

He knows where to find the heat too.

Here he is attacking the big dog's bone. He is just now getting a tooth or two and that is about 2 weeks behind his litter mates. He ate some chicken tonight. I was so proud of him.

Still eating! still growing, but not very fast. He is just starting to get up on his feet and walk now. Since I have been home the last few days he has gained a lot of weight. I cannot feel his back bone and hip bones like I could. I don't think Sis feeds him enough while I am gone. I'm thinking of taking him with me and doing it may self.

Meet the newest member of out pack. He is a 7 month old registered Yorkie. I got him from Margie for a fair price. Another dog is the last thing I need but I have decided to put Hildie, Sofia and Blade up for adoption as soon as their pups are raised. Sofia has been spayed and Hildie will be when the pups are done with her. With my two big girls spayed, I don't need Blade as a daddy any more. He is too big for my little Becka so he is looking for a new home. Any ideas? He is a really sweet house dog. You can't help but love him.

Getting the 'necessary' stuff done.

Here are the first photos of the new pups. Four girls on the left and the two boys on the right. They are just about 4 weeks old here.
It was pretty chilly here for a couple days, it had to be cold to freeze the pond. The big dog was able to walk across the pond but she didn't venture out very far.

Still tiny but fat and sassy. He got his eyes open a week after everybody else but is starting to walk now. Look back at the picture of him in Sis's two hands and imagine him just a little bit bigger, just a full hand ful. I do hope he is able to catch up when he starts eating. They don't usually lay this way, belly up, unless they are happy and feeling good.
